Schools for operations management [#permalink] New post 23 Mar 2006, 14:36
Hi Hjort,
Taking the focus of general discussions away from finance/consulting/marketing, I would like to know schools that have strong programs as well as recruitments in operations (manufacturing-related). From what I have seen, MIT, Ross, Carnegie Mellon seem to do well here. Among lower ranked schools, Purdue also does well but not so sure about the placements here. What is your take on Purdue?

Also, do you know of other schools like these? Berkeley's operations is more IT oriented(?). How would you rate Cornell, Yale among these?

Thanks!
