Schulich or Rotman - Peer Review Please? [#permalink] New post 30 Jun 2011, 09:33
Hi Everyone, I was wondering if someone may have some feedback?

I'll be doing my applications shortly, and among them will be apps to Schulich and Rotman..

I've been working for 7-8 years, my experience is in Commercial Insurance and now Risk Management, current functions include insurance program management, claims management, contract/indemnity negotiations.

My degree - BA in Political Science (3 Year) at York University with a B+ Average in my senior courses

GMAT - 710 (48Q, 40V)

I know that the 3 year as opposed to 4 year degree might be an impediment, but also understand they'll look at a decent GMAT as an equalizer. Was wondering what feedback is out there?

Thanks.

710, very well done!
I too am considering Rottman and Schulich, B average in a 4 year business program. Yet to write the GMAT though I picked up my first book (Princeton 2012) today, I wish you the best! unfortunately I don't know enough to answer your question but 710 on a GMAT will certainly make a 3 year degree almost irrelevant. Great job, keep us posted on what happens!
