Schulich VS Degroote VS Ted Rogers

Hey all,
Im really confused on which school to apply. I'm hoping you all can help me make a decision. I really want to go to schulich, I contacted the recruitment officer there, went to the information session, talked a little bit more with the recruitment officer and finally she asked me to email her my resume. I did do exactly that, and she told me that I need to get one more year of full time work to be competitive. Having heard that, I moved my GMAT date and course out of the way till next year and currently am planning on taking the CSC course.
I am really confused, some people are telling me to apply anyways and take the GMAT, while others are telling me to look at other two options ( Ryerson or McMaster MBA).
My only concern is I don't want to wait another year to get into an MBA but I am willing to try it for Schulich but dont know if its really worth it!
I currently reside in Toronto and love the city, but many have told me Ryerson is not a great school either. I am not thinking of applying to Rotman or other schools because of the $$ or proximity issues. I need a school which is close to Toronto.
Should I take the GMAT instead of the CSC and apply anyways, or take a shot at full time work and apply next year?
Thank you!
