It would be great if someone could help in letting me know
a) How are my chances in these univs
b) What are the placement like
c) Any Finaid that we can expect..
d) Do some of these have 12+3+1 study criterion as I only have 12+3 education..
e) Are there any other universities I should be applying to..

To answer your questions:
a) Cornell and Johnson are stretches, but you do have a chance at both. You have a competitive profile for the others.
b) For placement info, please visit each of the schools' web sites.
c) I don't advise on financial aid.
d) You have to check with the schools individually to see if they will accept your 3-year degree.
e) What do you want to do after your MBA?
