I think you both should have a good chance of getting into at least one or two of those schools. Your GMAT scores and GPAs are fine, so don't worry about any of that stuff. Here are a couple of questions/thoughts that came to me when I read your profiles. You don't need to answer them for me, but just be aware that adcomms may ask these same questions:
1) Why did you change jobs a couple of times? Adcomms will probably ask why you left that company and then went back to it.
2) It looks like neither of you have any community service in your backgrounds. It's great that you have hobbies like painting, dancing, etc... Use these in your essays to help show that you're interesting people. But be aware that adcomms may wonder why you don't have more community service.
3) It sounds like you both have good leadership experiences on the job... You're not just software developers, you're LEADERS within the department. Be sure to emphasize this fact, too!
