My confidence is at an all time low right now.... Gave my GMATPREP 1st practice exam and I totally bombed it... Have been getting in the mid 570 range in Kaplan exams (got a 630 once)... But could not believe my eyes when I saw the GMATPREP exam score... (not worth mentioning)....

My exam is 2 days away and this is a big blow to my self confidence.... :(

Samething with me, I used to get a minimum of 570+ in Kaplan CATs but I got only 450 in the GMATPrep software 2 days back.

Not sure whether you knew or not GMATPrep and powerprep are different tests.

GMATPrep is tougher than Powerprep(Older release)

All the best,

You should postpone the test if you think you are not ready. The GMAT is all about practice and confidence.

Try to make sure you understand why you got a low score. If it is because you were nervous, doing bad time management, and made many mistakes that you are sure you shouldn't, then it's ok. Just tell yourself to be calm and careful in the real test, and you will do fine. However, if you don't know why you've got a low score, if you don't understand why you were wrong for the questions that you did wrong, then yes perhaps you need a little more time to prepare.

I don't think you should do another simulated test today. You need to let your brain rest today. Just look at the questions you did wrong and make sure you know why.

Good luck!
