SCU Evening MBA Vs. CSU Fullerton full time MBA [#permalink] New post 16 Aug 2013, 10:23
Dear MBA Experts and Aspirants,
Please help me doing a course comparison between Santa Clara Evening MBA and CSUF's fulltime MAB program.
I am an experienced Software Engineering person with 6 years of work experience and looking to join a good MBA program in California preferably Bay area.
I have received these two as the best offers in CA, out of which SCU is definitely a better option in terms of brand value and my goal of career switch into a different role/function.
Whats bothering me is the difference in delivery mode of these programs. As an international student of F1 visa, will the Part time / Evening status of the SCU make a big impact on my job prospects after MBA? Do companies differentiate between part time and full time program status while hiring post MBA?
I am willing to spare 2 years for my MBA education and looking for specialization in international business management and eCommerce. Should I consider CSUF 16 months full time program or the SCU would suit better to my goal if I do teh Evening MBA on full time basis and complete my program in 2 years.

Any insights on how do international candidates earn to pay for the second year of their program at SCU. Is CPT a reliable answer and may serve the purpose?
