bb and the rest of the gang are probably fed up with all my questions that.. when I search returns no relevant results, yet there is a very prominent thread lurking in the forum that they are easily able to find.

2 questions..

1.) I've searched for the phpBB code to search for a specific phrase (Ex: google is "quotes") but it returns results that are broken up. Is there such a code for phpBB? (I have also searched google for this code and couldn't find one)

2.) Can you sort search results by relevancy? It would be incredible to have a system such that anyone over 300 post that has started a topic would show up higher. I know we don't necessarily have a rating system for specific post or threads, but a weighting system based on the members posted would be incredibly powerful to weed out the "wat books shuld I buy, wanna mke a 800" posters. (No harm intended)

Thanks for the insight!

Sorry, I won't be much help. the PHPBB search is limited (and buggy too)

My recommendation is to the use the google search but I understand that sometimes you have use the native search, which is not very good, and that's why we installed the Google search :)
