Selecting 5 students at a time, x students can be arranged in 30240 ways. How many groups can be created selecting the same students at a time.

Given.....xP5 = 30240....asking xC5

We know nPr = nCr * r!

So xC5 = 30240/5!

I don't follow this:
"How many groups can be created selecting the same students at a time."
Can somebody explain?

First part is abt arranging 5 students at a time e.g. arranging them in a row, where order matters so it XP5....second it is creating gps of 5, no order is necessary...so combination i.e. XC5
