Selecting a 3rd round school - need help

Hi, so my cycle has not gone as planned. 750 (46Q,48V, 7IR, 6AWA) /3.5 at a top 5 public. economics/english major. 6 years WE (currently 28 years old) at matriculation doing a year of service work (non-TFA AmeriCorps) and 5 years helping run the family business (grew from $52 million to $106 million during that time). I plan to explore career options while in school but am most interested in entrepreneurship, working for an outdoor retailer (outdoor division of Under Armour, Patagonia, North Face, etc.), or consulting. Would prefer to live on the west coast after graduation. There is a chance I will find I would prefer to run the family biz, but that is not the plan. Am an intellectually curious, vaguely non-conformist kind of guy, fwiw. Drawn to alternative business models (Zappos, Patagonia) and ultimately want to be entrepreneur.
Denied without interview
Harvard, Wharton, Yale, Haas, Columbia (they suggested I apply for the EMBA Americas program - thoughts on that?)
Denied after interview
Tuck (invited to interview by Tuck, thought it went really well)
Accepted
Vanderbilt (90%), UCLA (60%)
Waiting on
UW Foster
Considering for 3rd round
Darden, Ross, Fuqua, Booth, Kellogg, LBS
Or are my offers pretty good given my background? I honestly expected to get into a top 10 school and am a little bummed.
Thanks for any advice!
