Selecting B schools [#permalink] New post 25 Mar 2005, 07:31
Hi Scott/Omari,

How do I find out information about the B schools, about what the school is best known for (which program)? Do schools mention that in the view book? I think every school will say that all programs that they have are good!

I read somewhere that 'Tuck has close knit community', how do I find such qualities of a school?

Please advice,

Cheers,
Vivek

Not to toot our own horn, but our book Your MBA Game Plan steps through 30 top schools and provides that information. Business Week also puts out a guide every few years and provides a wealth of information. And yes the view books can be good for that as well, although as you pointed out they can be biased.

Thanks for the information...

I grabbed a copy of your book just today morning, I was looking for it for long time. I went through couple of sections, really very good compilation, the one I was looking for :)

Thanks again...
