Hello,
This is my second topic in the forum.
This forum has been very helpful to me.
I am looking to get into an ivey league MBA college in India.
But, ranking is now not the main criteria for me.
I am aiming for a GMAT score of 750+
My main criteria for selecting a college is
1. An average mean salary that is high enough to pay my education loan as well as sustain living expenses post MBA.
2. A college that has a hostel facility.
3. A college where there is a lot of different industries from various fields participating in placements.
4. The college is a recognizable brand not only in India but around the world.
I have shortlisted ISB, Hyderabad and Mohali Campus.
But I need to shortlist 5 more colleges.
I myself possess a 6 years work experience in the automobile industry.
I would want admission into a college that would be able to place me into the automobile industry not only at an higher package post PGP, but also is in India, has hostel facility, and I can cover my living expenses and pay off my loan post the PGP.
I would want to point out I have an average CGPA, and the only thing going for me would be my GMAT score and my work experience coupled with my essay and LORs.
Please suggest a college with reasons.
I would like to speak to the alumini, college professors, adcom also if they are in the forum before finalizing my college list.
