When you self-report your highest GMAT score, are you required to a upload a copy of your latest GMAT report as well that shows all the retakes?

Or can you just submit an official score report at a later point?

I have not heard of any school asking for this.
It is a self-reported score that's later verified against the GMAC's official score report.
The school admissions will see all the retakes when they see the official score report. They will often print it out along with the AWA, and your picture, to include with the application.
