Your submission of your GMAT score is an "unofficial score". The schools require the GMAC send the score directly to them. It's the same with transcripts. Your submission isn't the "official" submission.
Remember, Five schools are included in your $250 exam fee. You have to pay for anything beyond that five (or if you don't use your five included schools and submit scores later).
Maybe I´m asking a very basic question, but...
If I have to upload the scanned score transcript of my GMAT in my application...for what I have to send my score via http://www.mba.com
to the school and pay?
