a) on undertaking a revised strategy that will beVerb Tense
b) on undertaking a revision of strategy that is
c) on undertaking a revised strategy that would be Verb Tense
d) to undertake a revised strategy that is
e) to undertake a revision of strategy that would be Verb Tense

This is how I thought

A, C, E - Eliminate - Verb Tense.
left with B & D

B - Eliminate - Usage of "ing"

Hence D is the answer.

IMO Its D.

Ohhhh I made a mistake.

Correct!! It must be B.

Reason:-

decide + infinitive "We decided to leave the party early."

decide on + thing/person "We decided on the all-meat pizza"

Hope It will clear!!
