I'd go with B
Surprised.. isn't the clause To introduce.......... should be followed by a noun ?? .

This question is from a word doc. - Brutal SCs, I downloaded it from gmat club only.......Even I am not sure why it should be 'To introduce'
The doc says the answer id D though :roll:
