Alright,

I'm done with the GMAT (not the greatest score, but good enough for me if you check on the school that I'm applying to :-D ) so i'm turning the page and starting on a new chapter of my life.

Series 3 EXAM.

who's studying for it, what resources are you using, and how long are you preparing for it.

I apologize for my ignorance, but what's series 3?

passing the series 3 exam gives you a license to trade commodities and futures market. The National Futures Association requires you to pass the Series 3 Exam before beginning to work in this field.

Just like for the GMAT, there are plenty of good instructor-led courses on the 7, 3 63, etc... Having taken one from Kaplan myself when taking these exams, I can say they are highly effective. Just show up for class, do the homework, and you pass the exam.

I have 7, 24 and 66. They are fairly easy if you put in the time. Each test only has a certain amount of testable material. I used PassPerfect for all and didnt have any issues passing any of them

You quite often need a sponsor to study for these exams, so individual study isn't completely an option. It is a great example of lock-out through qualification.
