Several recent studies establish that most people would want to be informed if they had any serious medical condition. In each study, over 80 percent of people surveyed indicated that they would want to be told.
Each of the following weakens the argument except:
(a) In another study, most of the people surveyed indicated that they would not want to be told if they had a serious medical condition.
(b) People often do not indicate their true feelings when responding to surveys
(c) Some of the researchers conducting the studies had no background in medicine
(d) Some questions asked in the studies suggested that reasonable pple would want to be told if they had a serious medical condition
(e) Pple surveyed in studies were all young students in introductory pyschology courses.

The OA is C.
However, why is this correct? Can i argue that, because some of the researchers conducting the studies had no background in medicine, the study may not be conducted properly and thus could be invalid?

You cannot argue that, because
first thing it is out of scope of the argument,
second thing, in this case people are not doing any medical research they are just finding out if people want to know about their medical condition, so they need not have expertise in medical research to conduct this study.
(like for instance a guy doing research on baseball statistics need not be a great baseball player)
