As long as you have the concepts down, it is not necessary for you to go through the entire list.
However, you should just browse through the list of topics to get a general idea of the kind of topics that are generally tested. Don't get into the trap of preparing 2-3 points for every topic, though - this is too time consuming and not needed as you can easily do this during the actual test itself.
