I just took my GMAT for the first time and I got a 710 score. However, my Quan (50) and Verbal (35) scores were really far apart! As such, I'm worried whether the disparity between the two scores will be an issue and if such, whether it'll be advisable to retake the exam. Definitely more than happy to hear any sort of advice on this matter. Thank you!
I don't think you should retake. A 50-35 split is somewhat wide, but it's not unheard of and definitely not worth retaking unless it's a matter of personal gratification or something. If not, it's a perfectly competitive score. Good luck with your applications.
depends... what schools u looking at? if you have low gpa and aiming top 10 AND you feel you could improve then i suggest retake. HOWEVER, if you felt you gave it all or "overachieved" then i suggest not. _________________
