C. As interest rates are rising, so have consumer and producer prices.
D. Consumer and producer prices have been rising, like interest rates do.
E. Consumer and producer prices, as interest rates, have been rising.
A) is wrong becuase of lack of parallel structure
B) correct usage of have been rising....as have rising
have is an auxillary verb here. So after comparison we should use has/have and not do
C) wordy and gives the feeling that consumer and producer prices are rising due to interest rates
D) wrong usage of do after as..explained in B)
E) rising of consumer and producer prices is similar to rising of interest rates and not consumer and producer prices is similar to interest rates
