I'm gonna go with me A.
I think C is gramatically wrong.

I think it should be because the economy continues strongly

C is grammatically flawed and is often said in spoken english.

'will be' is the right usage. Between A and E, I prefer A as E bring unwanted usage of 'fact of' ...

The OA is D. The second part in the OA is in subjunctive. Does anyone think that this could be correct. Subjunctive is generally used in contrary to fact kind of situations right?. So i feel usage of subjunctive is incorrect here. Any comments please.
