FROM Sloan Admissions Blog: Happy Thanksgiving |
As we begin to wind down for the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to take this opportunity to stop and reflect. Here are a few things I am thankful for: My job: Working at MIT Sloan is a privilege! I think it everyday, I say it often and I truly mean it. The chance to connect with amazing prospective students: I have just traveled to five other countries where I met with interesting, accomplished, diverse, and caring people from around the world. Our Admissions Team: I am part of a team of caring and hard-working people who understand the responsibilities that we have as an Admissions Team and who believe in our holistic admissions process. This process is focused on truly getting to know each candidate, and it is one that I stand behind. A mission-driven school: I am part of a community that is driven to identify and solve the world’s problems and to make it a better place. This is reflected in everything that we do. Dynamic students: Students on campus are collaborative, focused, authentic and they never cease to amaze me. They make sharing stories at MIT Sloan an easy and exciting thing to do. Supportive alumni: During every information session I meet with accomplished alumni who come out in droves to share their personal stories and insights. They help us bring the MIT Sloan culture alive. MIT Sloan is a transformative place and I am honored to be apart of it. I invite you to learn more about how MIT Sloan can change your life. Our office will be closed for the holiday on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29. Have a Happy Thanksgiving! |
