Use 2 equations to figure out y=mx+b

A: 5=7m+b
B: 9=15m+b

Subtract:
-4=-8m
m=1/2

Now equation is: y=1/2x+b
Plug in point A:
5=1/2(7)+b
b=1.5

So equation is: y=0.5x+1.5

Plug in any number for x between 7 and 15 and you will get the corresponding y value.
