and it doesn't make sense!!! :shock:

The selection process is so crazy from school to school it boggles the mind. There are people with a 760 getting rejected while a 660 gets in. It just goes to show there is a lot more to an application than just GPA and GMAT...

yes of course but u have to think that its not just all about the GMAT score... some ppl may have no personality and may be book smart but havent done much to make their overall application look good... i truly believe this as I got a 640 and granted i did apply to all part time programs i got into NYU, Northwestern, and univ of chicago... and no matter what anyone says abt part time having a lower gmat score really makes u have to prove yourself otherwise which i did a lot to do.. i am a pretty bad test taker but I find myself still pretty smart :) jst not with the stupid GMAT LOL... so I concur on your message :)
