Isnt it always easy to explain when you know the answer already.
I admit, I made the mistake of reading OA before I gave the following explanation. I'd be interested in what "Himalayan " has to say about the reasoning.


A: It refers to Campaign instead of(Rather than?) costs
B: Does not have parallalism
C: They... refers to Costs.
D: Which refers to Campaign and not costs
E: Same as D

After reading jenizaros' comments, I am sure I am incorrect in my reasoning posted before.
"IT" should refer to proportion and not to Costs.
