When dealing with inequalities, it matters whether the variable is positive or negative.
If variable is positive, you can cross multiply the way you usually do.
If variable is negative, you need to flip the sign when you cross multiply.

4/k >= -2/3
You will take 2 cases:

CAse 1: k > 0 (k is positive)
4/k >= -2/3
4 >= -2k/3
k >= - 6
Since k must be positive, hence this is true for all k > 0

Case 2: k < 0 (k is negative)
4/k >= -2/3
4 <= -2k/3
k <= -6

So you get two ranges k < -6 OR k > 0
