Solve sqrt(7x^2 - 10x + 8) - sqrt(7x^2 - 10x - 4) = 2

a. -2
b. 7/4
c. 4/7
d. 8
e. none of these

Let k = 7x^2 - 10x - 4

sqrt(k+12) = 2 + sqrt(k)

k + 12 = 4 + k + 4sqrt(k)
==> k = 4
7x^2 - 10x - 8 = 0
7.8 = 56 = 14. 4

7x^2 - 14x + 4x - 8 = 0
(7x+2)(x-2) = 0

Check for domain restrictions
