Some advice needed

Hi guys,
Thanks for taking out time to read my post. Wanted some advice here.
Just some briefing:
Age: 25
Sex:Male
Nationality: Indian
Majors: Engineering (from a 2nd tier college)
Profession: Product Manager (Total Work Ex - 3 yrs till date) (I take care of new products in my company: a medium scale company - National level distribution of Construction Machinery. Take all the planning for the development of any new product, right from scratch, i.e gathering market knowledge for a new product, studying its feasibility & making a business plan for that particular product, and developing its team. Was into sales earlier, and was awarded best learner in my company last year)
Global Exposure: Two times business visit to China; Once with my clients & 2nd time with my company MD for business discussions with our product manufacturers.
Extra Curricular Activities: Photography, Playing Mouth Organ & Synthesizer (I'm pretty decent in both). Participated in the rock show held during my graduation.
I want to move into consultancy, and I'm targeting top tier colleges for that. I'm planning to giver my GMAT in Feb end this year. I'm targeting a Score of 730-750.
Now my doubts are:
1). Whether a score of 730-750 scale can get me into a top-level (A+ catagory, like INSEAD, Kellog, etc.) b-school, or I have to work harder? (I'm hoping I would get that score)
2). Considering my profile, do i stand a good chance even in A catagory (Like IBS, NUS, etc.) schools?
3). What other colleges should i take into consideration while applying?
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated
Regards,
