I got C,

1st gives another ratio, so we have two ratios, obviously insuff.

2ns insufficient.

Both,

W/M=5/2------->2W=5C

C/M=5/11------>11C=5M

The key point is to remember that W,C,M must be intengers.

From equation 2W=5C, possible values for W are 25,20,15,10,5

thus possible values for C are 10,8,6,4,2, given equation 11C=5M, from these choices M and C are both intengers only when C=10, thus M=22.
