We know time and speed of the first car so that we can calculate Distance traveled by the first car at in 1.5 hr that is at 10:30

therefore distance traveled will be 60 miles in 90 min i.e. 1.5Hr

Now we know second car travels distance of 60 miles in 80 min (Starts 10 min after first car)

80 min = 4/3 hr
Therefore speed = distance / time
= 60 *3 /4
= 45 miles/hr

Hence "A"
