i believe OA would be C if the question is like this:

sqrt {4*sqrt(80) + 4/[9+ 4*sqrt(5))]}

The OA is C.

So, I guess the question does have a typo. I was not able to get C with sqrt {4*sqrt(80) + 4/[9(1+sqrt(5))]}
