Please underline the incorrect part in question, that would make it easier to read.

I will choose C.

D and E change the meaning and in between A, B, and C, only C seem to satisfy the parallelism parameters.

Only C has correct parallel structure.

I think it is a GMAT rule to have THAN with LESS and MORE. If I am right on this one A would be the right answer.

X more/less than Y is the correct Idiom...So A is the right answer
