Thanks bb,

Will incorporate as we go.
I've passed first pass to shadowsjc to see what he thinks.

L&G's,

Draft what I'm looking to use in my case. Very basic model, nothing fancy beyond colors perhaps (especially for visually charged lads like me). Will tweak as we go.

Have left a tab with RawData (including date component)... intent is if it becomes as useful as I'd like it to be dump all in raw data tab and create pivots the rest should be straight forward.

However key to its success will be discipline to enter data...!

I welcome suggestions to update\upgrade.

cheers
