But it is the whole application 'package' that decides who gets in, not a part. A good part cannot guarantee you a place, but a bad part can spell doom.

I sent mine to my final list last week and it took like 1 day to get electronic confirmation. Also, this list is so dead! Is everyone just convinced they're getting rejected and therefore don't want to show any excitement!?

Finally got all my recs in today. Still working on sharpening those essays. After a review with an alumni I found lot of room for improvement. I am so exited to submit my app in first round. I hope what they said on their website about R1 is true. http://www.gsb.stanford.edu/mba/admission/application_deadlines.html

Hi all,
Round 1 deadline approaching, hope everyone's applications are coming along well. Quick question I can't seem to figure out, I emailed the school via Contact Us but who knows if they'll reply in time.
If my “University Granting First Degree” was only attended for two years (i.e. I was a transfer student), should I put my GPA from my junior college institution in the slot for first year and second year GPA and calculate a cumulative GPA between the institutions. This would seem like an odd thing to do but if I do not and only enter the GPA from my two years at my degree granting school I receive an error message in regards to the blanks in year 3 and year 4.
Anyone know what the protocol is here?
Thanks

Thanks Yeah, that's what I would do. If you feel the need to, you should explain it in the optional section, but I'm sure they've seen many transfer students apply.
