Are there any restrictions for F1/F2 visa holders to start a business in the US?

Thats something I wanna find out too. Entreprenuership centers at B-schools good places to ask this question?

F1 visa doesn't allow you to work except on campus so I don't think you are allowed to start a business on the F1 visa.
