hehe thanks dabot.

Did GMATPrep2 - 790, 51Q (2 wrong), 50V (1 wrong).

Math - 65m, took my time
Verb - 40 mins

SC was that Simply being genetically engineered etc....... arg I was debating between it too. I saw a lot of CR repeats though but some new CR's which I got... CR is strong, so is RC, SC i screw up on sometimes.

2 wrong in Quant, 1 I didn't get, the other one I didn't think clearly.

Your score is trully awesome. Your verbal score is amazing, for a non-native speaker. I wish you all the best man and I will be looking forward to your debrief.

One concern though. Your only enemy is yourself. Are you pschycologically prepared in case something goes wrong?

I bet you are and I am sure that everything will go fine. I am just trying to alarm you for every case, although I know that you do not need it.

Have the best of luck man.

GMAT Paper #42

everything right except SC (4 wrong). I made dumb mistakes, didn't read one carefully etc. I did SC in 17 mins should have taken more time. Broke the golden rule (anything with 'being' besides a human is 100% wrong 100% of the time). otherwise

50Q 45V = 760

a lot of geniuses must have written this one because it scaled like a ****.. 800 790 780 770 770 760

the other ones are usually 800 800 800 800 800 800 790 790 790 790 780 etc

Hi StartupAddict, Can you please tell me where I can find these GMAT Paper tests or sets? Are they the same as SC_1000/RC1000? Thanks in advance.

well I did some SC from OG11, got 26/27..... screwed one up

i think i'm done studying....... any answer I really try at I get right 95-99% right of the time, regardless of difficulty.... the only thing that screws me over is not being meticulous, for example, not reading the question properly......

so yeah, goal is to get up at 9am on thurs, leave by 9:15, the drive is about 1.5 hours if traffic is good so i'll be downtown around 11.... then just relax and walk around downtown, take a dump, eat something, etc... aka wake up :-)

quick question -- can we drink bottled beverages by the computer or no? like can we bring in a coffee or no? i'll be pissed if we can't...

you cant bring anything in with you to the computer. no pencils, food, drink. they are pretty strict about it. you can put it in your locker and eat/drink during a break.

man, good luck on Thursday. I've been following your journal from the sidelines, and I must say it's been an inspiration to keep on studying. I'm far from where you are (it's been a while since the last time I answered a word problem), but can't say I'm trying.

Again, gl!

They won't let you wear a watch either. I am surprised they didn't do a full strip search, like prison, before entering the test room each time. All these restrictions are just part of the test, minor annoyances to break you down and to get you a little irritated before the test.

Another person that was taking the test with me wanted to take her water bottle in, but the testing person refused. So she just left the test room every 15 minutes to go have a sip.

Thanks guys. I leave tomorrow at about 9:30am, its at 2pm.

I just did GMATPrep2... suprisingly I didn't see too many repeats?

Anyways - 790

51Q and... 51V (wow)

Q done in 60 mins, verbal done in 50 mins.

3 wrong in Q and 0 wrong in verbal. I saw 2 new passages that were f*cking impossible, 2 repeats I had to reread...

I guess I'm ready...

StartupAddict... thanks to respect a "non-offensive" way to express yourselves, which implies the use of vocabulary terms more neutral , emotionnally speaking (the less to say ;)) :)

I know that the preparation for this test is really putting us out... But please, make it smoother next time :)

Thanks :)
