I just want to ask for an advice regarding "STATEMENT OF PURPOSE" that is needed for my appliactation. What exactly do I need to write there?

Is it an essay - or just a random section called "STATEMENT OF PURPOSE" in all caps? Either way, its probably asking something about who you are and why you want to goto b-school.
