White Male 24 y/o, will be 25 when I apply for MBS start date in 2009
By then I would have had 4 years work experience, 2 in IB and 2 at a large PE firm
760 GMAT (49M, 45V)
3.5 GPA (graduated with high honors from top 3 undergrad US, 3.9 in my major if you are wondering how a 3.5 is high honors)

I think overall that one area I need to improve on is community activities; which is difficult considering the profession in which I am currently employed. (It is hard to become involved when you are working long hours!!!)

Anyways, thinking about H/S/W, Chicago, Columbia and Northwestern. Am I missing any or should I narrow down at all?

Its unrelated, but im curious how your hours are in PE...

What is unrelated? Hours can change alot depending on what your are doing (especially is you are on a deal that is live)

You look like you may have some of the credentials to aim for these 'ultra-elites' but don't take the community involvement piece lightly. The top schools will look for leadership there. You didn't mention post-MBA goals so I can't comment on which schools to add to your list.
