GMATclub world,
I have five weeks remaining until I take the GMAT. It will be my first time, but I'm hoping to make it my last. A little background as to what I've been doing, progress I've made, and ambitions moving forward. Studying commensed mid-January with reviewing the
MGMAT quant guides, highlighting important topics, shortcuts, and equations. Subsequently, I utilized the
OG and went through practice problems. Upon taking my first practice test my Quant score was 29, verbal was 31. Since then I've been able to raise my quant score to 38 but am confident I can reach mid-40's. Per my last practice test, I answered only 1/3 of DS problems correctly. Obviously, DS is my shortfall. Verbal has remained stagnant, primarily due to my lack of attention/detail. I want to reach the mid 40's in quant before allocating the majority of my attention to verbal. I'm confident that I will be able to pick up SC/CR within 2.5-3 weeks. My RC performance fluctuates but usually I get about 80% of RC questions correct.
I need help/advice on how to make an efficient/effective 5 week study plan and how to increase/improve my DS skills. My target score is 680+.
Please post any suggestions/advice that may help!!
Thank you!
