I read around some blogs on my own. I'm changing my early strategy.
I've been studying the GMATs for about 2 weeks now (still abt 4 months from the actual GMAT). The past 2 weeks, I've been studying every section every night.
It doesn't seem like the strategy is working as I notice that my scores are going down! Could be from the fact that I'm facing tougher questions now as opposed to the start (I'm using OG11 book).
Another theory is that I'm spreading myself too thin...especially since I've only started studying just recently. Going through 5 subjects in one sitting, when they're different subjects, I feel is spreading me too thin. I'm probably not retaining that much since one moment I'll be learning triangles, next hour...I'll be working on my grammar.
So I'm refocusing on my weakness (right now, PS) and I'll be working on that solely for the next 1-2 weeks. Then I'll focus on my next weakness and so forth. Of course, I'll still be reviewing previous subjects, otherwise I could forget them in 4 months!
Let me know what you think about the shift in study strategy.
PS. I'm studying the
MGMAT Word Translation book right now. Hopefully, it will help as I finish off the OG11 PS section in the coming days.
