In my studies, I have not run across questions that test Subjective vs. Objective Case pronouns.

he/him
who/whom

Am I correct in assuming these are not tested on the GMAT?

Also what about commonly misused word pairs such as

lie/lay
likely/liable
farther/further

Infact they are tested 'cos many people falter in deciding to use between who and whom
