Suggested summer reading? [#permalink]

I've recently been thinking about what books would make good reading over the summer to get me in B-school mode. I'm an engineer hoping to move into financial services and I will be attending either Duke or one of the R2 schools I'm waiting to hear from (Booth, CBS, LBS). Aside from a micro-economics class eons ago and a statistics class, I haven't really taken any other business administration type courses. I'm looking for reading recommendations for:
1 - subject related material, ie something that would explain the key concepts of accounting, finance, marketing, etc. Sort of an "MBA for dummies" 2 - general non-fiction reading. I should say I'm not usually big on non-fiction so I'm looking for easy reading here.
