I do record the results of my exercises, but I have seen a lot of people emphasizing too much to keep an error log.

What do people record in the error log, generally?

My error log was simple: if I made a mistake on a practice question, I would read the complete solution explanation and think of a strategy to attack that type of problem if I saw it on the real test. That's the key thing. Don't get caught up in keeping a meticulous error log...do as many questions as you can, and see if you're eliminating some of your weaknesses along the way.

Error log is must i think. It gives you a clear picture of traps which caught you when you were preparing for the GMAT. In last 1 week of the test date, this error log will be very helpful if you review it thoroughly so that your chances of committing the same mistakes in actual test is far less than before.
