This is where i lack. I want to be honest in saying i didnt think about going into MBA till about 2 years ago. My first 2+ year job was at a very small city where there was really nothing much going on and i was focused on leaving good impression to the boss because i started out as a contractor and was aiming for a full time employee. After getting the full time employee i started my Grad school which took about 2.5 years or so to finish. I went to my third job at ITT while doing my masters so i was a bit bogged down. I tried to initiate a couple of volunteer/leadership positions but never got responses. Sadly the city is very small and a bit "old" so there's not a whole lot going on here either.

I am doing some side programming with couple of friends and we might create a company if we do well. I also felt a bit insincere if i were to start something now since they would see it as "putting something up at the last minute".

Here are my choices with stats - Employment rate i used 3 month after figure. I am curious what you think i should take out if it is too much of a reach. Most of the schools are east coast with couple west coast ones. I might want to focus R1 on east coast because my relatives are there. The GPA range is the 10-90% range.
I do want to get into Yale as my main school but it will be tough...

Wow! That's a long list. I recommend that you apply to no more than 5-6 schools.

Given your relatively low GPAs and your lack of good ECs, I think you will want to aim lower on that list (e.g., Georgetown and UNC). The others aren't impossible, necessarily, but I do think you will have a hard time getting into a top-ten program.
