we need to deal here ......so B and C are out.

"because of diminishing "........doesn't seem correct .......so E is out.

Caught b/w A and D.

Will go with A

B - Wrong ( reason:because of diminishing )
C - Wrong ( reason: dealing )
D & E - wrong ( reason: "a specially" seems to be wrong )
A - Best fit !!

Need further clarification...

Why A rather than C? Why do we need to deal rather than dealing?
