What is the sum of integers p and q ?
1. aboloute value of p = -(absolute value of q)
2. p=q

Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but Statement (2) ALONE is not sufficient
Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but Statement (1) ALONE is not sufficient
BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient
EACH statement ALONE is sufficient
Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient

I would go with A.

Stmt 1 - |P| = -|Q| ==> This is possible when both P & Q are zeroes. Hence P+ Q = 0. Sufficient.

Stmt 2 - P = Q, P, Q can be any value. Hence insufficient.
