That's a great question. A lot of people assume that since they didn't work on big contracts or mega deals, they don't have numbers they can use to quantify their work. Even if you don't have numbers like this, the more general advice is to be as specific as possible about the contributions you've made on the job, and the best way to do that is by quantifying the results. Maybe, as a software engineer, you helped bring to market a new product that generated new revenue for your company. Or, maybe you found a new way to being the time a product spends in beta testing from 30 weeks down to 15. Those ae just random examples, but you see what I'm getting at.
Hopefully you can show something like this. It's not the size of the numbers so much as your ability to use them to show what you accomplished. Even if your accomplishments feel mostly unremarkable to you, try to clearly show the impact that you've had, no matter how modest it may seem.
