I just wrote my GMAT a week ago and scored a 770 ( V46,Q50 ), yet to recieve the AWA. Need to apply in International MBA program on 2 grounds -

1.) Preferably a 1 yr MBA
2.) B School offering some kind of Tuition fee waiver in terms of on campus assistantship/scholarship,etc

To further assert, I cannot take a loan exceeding INR 20 Lakh, hence need feasible B School options for myself.

An insight - 7 yrs of professional work exp. in KPO/Market reserach industry in India ( for MNC's ) with overseas exposure of 2 years in total ( APAC/US/EU )

Looking forward to a worthwhile suggestion/advice.

Thanks in advance

Regards

In terms of tuition and scholarship, you will never know how much you may get unless you're accepted. At this point, you can think about simply looking at 1-year program and apply. Obviously, the higher the ranking, the harder it is to get scholarship. I know INSEAD has a 1-year program and there are a few in the states. Depending on your post-MBA career goal, you can move down the ranking to the top 20-70 ranking and chances are you'll have a better chance of getting a scholarship. Besides that, there's absolutely no way to tell if you can get a scholarship or not - the only thing is to apply and hopefully get in with a scholarship.

European schools are renowned for their 1 year courses. Not many US schools offer the 1 year course though - for a Full time MBA that is. If you are looking for an executive MBA, it is a diff story. With a 7 year experience and a killer GMAT score as yours..you can try for IIMs PGPX courses.

In EU - there is INSEAD, IMD, Rotterdam, ESADE, Bocconni, EDHEC, HEC Paris etc. It totally depends on your post MBA goals as most of these schools do offer loan programs which you can avail over your 20 L INR loan.

With a 770 and 7 years work ex..I would seriously try for ISB though.
