Hi All,

I am working with a leading private sector bank for the past 2+ years as Assistant Manager and my work ex would add upto more than 3 years by 2012 end.I have graduated from Delhi University in BSc. Mathematics(Hons.) with marks above average in 10th,12th and graduation.Also have a year experience in studying abroad.GMAT score is 680.

Should i retake the same??Please advice.

You will be competing with candidates with 700+ GMAT score, so I think it makes sense e to retake GMAT . Also, your marks in 10th , 12t and undergrad are above average which you cannot change, but you can definitely make your profile stronger by scoring 720+ GMAT.The average score for ISB is 720.

Your work experience is also a little bit on the lower side.You have three years of work ex. whereas the average work experience for ISB is five years. So you may want to wait for another year.
